hi i have probleme with 2 alcatel C550 after directe unlock alwyse ask nck


any solution plz :confused: :confused:

Direct unlock with Multi-box? Conect phone - go to sim lock section -> press "default settings" -> then press "apply" that all

not work alwys done same probleme contacte service plz i need help :confused:

Then try to do all like written in support docs.!

Write Eeprom (it must be of the same version as the phone), write flex -----> after that press "Default values" and "Apply changes". That's all you need.

Eeprom file is in CP file. Please read support first how to use soft.
