send then come menu select
Restore factory setting
If done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did that, and continues locked to the network, if i insert a different sim card it says to enter correct sim card.

I have clicked in the Software link in wich appeared a new site and i see there a program named "New LG Unlock Solution (KU990 Included)" but its not free, i would have to pay, is to this one your refering to?

Please be specific about what programe i have to use and where to get it.

www.multi-box.net than download shell tool v.1.5 than run it and go to support area man.
Read FAQ please sometimes. Link to support area also printed on your box.

Man this is Multi-box support section for Multi-box users. That mean if you have no our box - don't ask there than about any soft.
