Before ask is very goot to read software discriptions:
1. We don't support unlock for DCT4 models ( not support yet, but.... )
2. We don't support Nokia flashing.

Maybe with nex new update for Nokia DCT4 direct unlock function will be added... who knows...

Why? What is the problem exactly? Which socket do you use? Post here all your steps.

hi o want to use nokia tool to restore warranty imei but ican't connect my phone when i press connect phone error comes no plat form selected what can i do to work with this software plz help i put cable in special port ok

I chose "Special" socket, and openNokia Tool.

Code:

Interface set: MultiBox
Software Operative
Multi-BOX Port is COM5

Press "Attach Phone

Code:

Read COM, No Data, Timeout
Write COM, Write Box, Write DCTST, Error, 0x55
0x55 Reset Error

Press "Check Flashing BUS"

Code:

Booting UPP...
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
Setup Box Mode, No Data, Err 0x03
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
VBAT Off Error, Timeout error
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
VBAT On Error, Timeout error
Read COM, No Data, Timeout
Cannot boot UPP IC, Box Error
