philips module cant detect com port


im trying to unlock alcatel c550 with philp model and never get to atach phone but i see in soft setting that usb serial port is not in the case it is supposed to be how can i make soft to reconize connection port i tried to reinstall drivers without success

this is not the first time i unlock this model i got my multibox since long time ago but i didnt use it anymore since there is no new updates but today one of those old alcatel c550 came to my office so i install the box again and try to unlock phone let me tell you i did as your instruction say but i think port for phone comunication is not activated cause when i chose model port stop blinking
only in that module if i use the other modules soft show box port and phone connection port normally

as you can see on image the port is not set even if i thick to set port no port is show on window

Ports never was showed in Philips tool. This is normal. You dont need to choose port. Because phone is conected to box directly
