E101 can't connect !!

I already unlocked e221,now I'm trying to unlock E101 but it doesn't connect,I tryed 2 pieces !!!

Please check your cable and battery. I have this phone in a hand - all is ok.
Did you get any error when try to connect it?

My comport is set to 4(phone) and 5(multibox com) in device manag,even that it doesn't work,this is really strange !!
