I told - this model is not supported.

u can reset with nokia code i do it two pics,*#7370#,check it,

It's not my work too but I am happy that he repaired his phone :D

why u r box can not support this model, it is a symbian and i think u r reaserch is not so.

Because we don't support symbian - and this model of Sendo is Nokia based.
