what happened with support? is it true that i should pay for support? why i should pay for support, when i have multi-box. Is multi-box kicked its users?

www.multi-box.net check terms adn condition before ask stupid question. There was written form begging that with box you will get 1 year free updates and support. So don't say now stupid things.
