thank you for the answer,
but i dont know if you did try to read the FAQ or not !!!!
cause if you do you will find nothing,juste try and you will see.
one more thing ,if you read my log you will see that my box is recently
activated and i dont know why i have to pay 39.99 $ to have acces to
support area.i tought i have right in 1 year.

You try to read my message again than. I am not asking you to pay. I asking you to read FAQ, there written what you need to do with box in the case if you canot update it.

i did read your message and i hope you will read mine and click on some error in your FAQ,
you will see it dont work ,so nothing wotk even the FAQ that is normaly a lot of help for
people.
