You phone has sim lock or phone lock? There no bugs.

need to unlock it but when sincard is inserted it ask for phone code

is there any way to reset phone code wihtout flashing

is goot to check first what software can do. Soft can di sim lock - not a phone lock. For reset phone code just use: ###847#

already done reset code phone lock remove

but now still unlock done phone still as for nck code

and already check that multi box lite can unlock phone

Ther eno bug. But the problem is that you not read docs how to use soft. Read codes and enter what is the problem????

when i try to read codes this message appear

reset code should be used after entering bad unlock code for to many tries

the problem is there is no nck code or reset that should appear

and when i try direct unlock still the same

will just try to flash phone and post result tomorrow

come on bro look at your board problems are everywere... dont tell us that most of your users dont know how to read why dont you put a sticky instead.. Title BUGS REPORT HERE maybe a good idea believe mo s that all will post there...

1. Read full flash back up and send to use - maybe is new version
2. Try to reflash it with files from support!
