i can`t Register my box :( - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have a problem when trying to register my box, as filling all the data, but never activated the send button!

I add the following picture to illustrate my situation more.

took almost a year trying to activate it, the time it takes to be a buy ipmart.com but they never gave me a solution, just said that I was not filling the data and they could not do anything!

more careful in the way, I ask the people who may know or how to solve my problem, I work, thank you very much!

Card serial number cannot be readed - that mean your box have card problem. It can be:
1. Damaged card ( you need replace box than )
2. Bad contact in sim holder with card ( need to fix it )
3. Your box need to be updated first with update tool

sir my box is all ready registered i purchase from other person so how to change name email id and location
