SX4 error - GSM-Forum

When I connect mobile to sx4 I allways get "socket error #10061 connection refused".I tried with different working nokia models also but still same .What is problem ? Please help,I am using v4.0d exe.

Sorry but I didn't get it.How to change server? I could not find any news section in multibox lite topics.
