Hi.

I don't what sort of a problem you have but try to re-install your jaf software. But first remove old Jaf and drivers becaus re-installing the JAF software. Make sure when you have un-installed the software to reboot your machine.

Or maybe these a bug in the software so I would use the lastest version of JAF.

First Completely Remove all setup,interface drivers,pkey driver..
then install Setup 1.98.62,
Look Jeff box firmware version..
If the firmware is updated one you can use 1.98.66beta5
If not can use 1.62 or 1.64 depend on which pkey reader you bought/use whom from Raskel or Thomas?
The best hing first Install version 1.62 and check it!
