cant create ask so that i can get rpl

after reading so many thread I now unduerstand tha my problem is RPL so also foound video on how to create ASK fileevery time i try and send it to allgsm they say the file is crripted and on hint i use i use JAF plain format and the reuth is I use that and still i get the same.

is there another way of creating this file or may be some who can direct me step by step.

if you are using allgsmunlock server to get rpl better to use this software to read ask file :

just click on crt tool and select jaf plain format and click on make ask
