Problems with Jaf & connecting to phone

Hi,

everytime I try to connect the phone with the box in gives me this message

Getting MCU ID
Phone didn't answer with TX line high after power on!
Causes:
1. Phone don't power on -> Check cable
2. TX pin from phone don't make contact -> Check cable
3. UPP damaged -> change UPP

MCU ID: 0xAAAA
Failed! Aborting!
Done!
Phone Restarted...

but when i connect the cable with the phone the speaker makes a sound just like a radio without any connection...

Does anyone knows an answer fot this problem??
I´m using JAF version 1.98.61

THX
