Hi,
Anytine i want to flash a nokia with usb cable "working or dead phone" it fail and says "phone rebooted but not in flash mode"

I instalelled latest version of nokia pc suite and latest nokia connectivity drivers version 7.1.8.0 but still can't flash any nokia with usb.

What could be my problem here?

try dead usb if supporting by phone.

I have tried already dead usb, normal mode and all JAF options but always the same

install nokia sofware update after restart pc.all will be okay

while dead usb flashing Is it detecting the phone when you press power on...???

phone not found always even after pressing power on buttom

or use older different,maybe older cable driver. sometimes it solved the problem.

where can i find this to download please?

hello larry u can download the old driver from jaf site the driver version u need is 6.8.10 it in jaf site u can log in through jaf customer care

IS any other phone working with dead USB in your PC...? and can you please mention on which Model are you trying Dead USB Flashing...

finally i could flash successfully a 5800 now with dead usb.
Not sure if the problem been solved completly i have to try another model as well
