well,2 days I try to unlock 6300,and finaly I did .

server is working,but after send unlock code i rcw error above,and it stuck abou test 04,03...

What I doing wrong ?

I use usb cable - OK !
Use power souply 9v for UID - OK !

For phone conection,i maded usb cable,like in manual description,phone is conected and well recognized,and in test mode also..- OK !

Readed 308 field OK !

Phone conected OK !

Test point soldered, GREAN and YELOW ( in my case BLUE )...OK !

BUT IT CAN'T UNLOCK PHONE UNTIL U CONECT BLACK GROUND WIRE FROM UID BOX,always stuck in after inputcode part.

after conecting ground,phone was unlocked in 1 try !

Thats nice u unlocked the phone ....

so u mean to say that ... there was a GND problem???????

Yes ! Actualy, I was broken my brain at half to imagine all conection of wires from box,and in combination with usb cable,and,in first variant I solved,that if I use prepared usb cable,with conection for batt conector,I need only conect green and yelow wire from box.And,prog was worked and readed codes but unlock was not maded until I not conected black ( ground) wire from box to metal chasis on phone.

must say,explanation of conection in manual is not so bright.Still dont know where I need to conect red,black and brown wire from box,in case i not using prepared usb cable,coz when i mesure voltage on that wires,it'i no volts al all.
