I am new user of UID box, Could anyone tell me why the phone is failed to connect with pc? Many thanks in adv!

Here is information i got:

Server: [70.85.181.2], port: [35555]
Will use server 70.85.181.2 to port 35555
BB5 box connected, awaiting commands.
Request box ID.

no, I used DC Power supply 4.8V.

And I just tried to reassembly the phone and turn on the power use battery, it's connected.
I followed the step like this: 1.Backup 308 2.Unlock 3.Send#P..#
and got info below: If that right? What should I do next?

first of all .. it is recommended to use fully charged battery and second don`t use Dku2 options built in Uid software cozz its not working ......... use dss soft .... adn its better use version 18

i already unlocked lot of phone pl use 3 wire soldering method and externel power supply 100% ok if u have any problem pl ask

Thanks you all for your response. Could you please tell me the Process of Unlocking using UID a little bit detail, thanks a lot!!

1. Press Init
2. Backup the 308 field using "Backup 308 " button
3. Select phone version from PH_VER field:
4. Press Unlock when phone is ready. Insert password by keypad or press 'Send #pw+..#' if phone is connected via USB.
Attention in order to unlock you can select #pw+...+1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5#, 6#, 7#.
5. When application will finish, Power Off the phone

I know this step by step, But when do i need to connect with Testpoint?

u need to connect Tp before presssing unlock button .. and keep it intact until code is being send to Phone...
