What type of support?? Have you not been reading the post of your "ex-users"? Your flash versions for every model in UID is out of date since Dec 2007 while others have continued to improve their boxes.

There is not venom in these postings. Tell me what I say is lies and I will appologise to you. Deal ?

Look back at all the postings and complaints on every user and decide for yourself if you're doing a good job. Count the number of post that say server down.... bad support .... bla bla and tell me what you think.

I only say one thing... I promise I will remind every GSM user how badly you have supported your products, past and present, and let them decide what kind of product supporter you are.

Saying a few words now will not change the fact that you have abandoned your products prematurely.

Good luck in whatever you're trying to launch.

I've saved many postings from you in case you delete it, and in the event for future use
