Can't unlock S500 - GSM-Forum

I succesfully erased the lock, but when I pushed unlock nothing happend. It's like the phone could not be found. It's strange because the phone was found to erase the lock. Is their suddenly a problem with the usb drivers or am I doing something wrong. After step 1 was successfull, I pressed Unlock and followed the instructions. I turned the phone on and plugged the usb cable in the phone. But nothing happens. What could be the reason and what is the solution to this problem?

Seems like a drivers problem when u conect the phone turned on....pls check drivers

U were right. I reinstalled the usb drivers and seking found the phone without a problem. I had to reinstall 2 times before it did, but I don't think that had anything to do with seking but more with the OS windows. I'm also glad to see that I didn't lose extra credits by every attempt. This unlock costed me 6 credits like seking promised. Si I'm a happy and satisfied customer of Seking. Keep up the good work and thx for the good and fast support.

I just want to add that the phone was a S500i.
