lost credits

Hi, thanks for reply but I have already done that - they said there's nothing they can do. Are you saying there is something that they could do? The fact is, from my perspective, 80 credits have vanished. Someone must surely know if or when they were used and by whom. I was a little surprised to find out that the reseller was able to reset my password from their end when I thought I had forgotten it (turns out I hadn't lost it - there were simply no credits left and/or someone or something had interfered with the account somehow). Obviously there's a few quid involved here so if you could be a little more specfic as to what could have happened I would appreciate it. Otherwise you and ther reseller could have me running back and forth all day! Thanks.

Thanks for that - I did change my password! Then after 20 credits used password and login failed to work. My reseller, on request, was quite easily able to get the password reset again after that! The new password with the old login had zero credits left! That means 80 disappeared. Also this means that others can change your password - potentially without you knowing it - and my concern is that this is what may have happened here and may be happening elsewhere. We need to pool our histories of lost credits here as I think I'm not the only one who has been ripped off somehow.

I think something fishy is going on here... My account had wrong password when i got it. I think seking sold the same account to someone else, and that customer changed the password before I did (i didn't try to use the account before 4 days after i got it).
