Please advise of steps to recover password

Thanks for your reply.. is it possible that you can tell the reseller from my username as it has been a while since purchase & i cant find where i bought credits from!?

you mean you don't know who is your reseller ?
send me PM with your user name and email and credits remaining in your account and reseller name
otherwise pass change can't be done
