G502 unlock problem ...
 

Hi guys!

Just tried on two different computers to unlock G502, but on both computers I get the same situation:

Using 2.21 ver.:

[ --- EraseLock --- ]

Power off phone with battery,Press C key & plug DCU-60 in ...

Connect to phone success!

Baseband ID:C900

Protocol version:0401


and phone stays at this line till disconnect it from cable ...


I've got this situation when received the phone for unlock, after that flashed it with complete option and tried again, but still the same ?!

Yes friend!

it's a brand new phone - making and receiving calls ...
I can read info from phone and flash it with setool.
First I thought it is some kind of a problem booting it on the computer I use seking, but when tried it on another comuter I saw the same problem.
I also forgot to mention that this phone is powered from the (C) button so I'm connecting it using the (2+5) + plugging in the usb cable.

I have also a g502 in the same situation
But not work even with 5+usb cable in

SW waits for something, I dont know what. (I use 2.22)
I will try to flash then try again.

Solved

worked perfect after flash, I really dont know why, flashed with same version but generic flash and other customization.
