Member: 581271 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Lost credits on a bug.. After sending 2nd or 3rd application it told me to "Power Off Phone With Battery, Press C And Plug DCU-60 In.." So i did that quickly and when i connected the phone i got an error. The the 6th time (12th credit) i just let it go and didn't power off phone and press C and so on it just completed sending aplication and finished the unlocking, so it was really a bug!!! Please seking i want my 10 credits back, check my account and see for yourself that i didn't use the credits to unlock a phone, i had 12credits before i unlocked it, now i only got 2 credits!!!! veeeery anoying!!!! AND FIX THE ****ING BUGS!!!!! |

Member: 69631 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | you've got more chance of changing the imei on a nokia n95 than you have getting your credits back my friend !!!! seking never ever ever......... give credits back one thing i cant understand, what version seking are you using ?, reason for asking is seking gives 3 attempts at each phone for only 2 credits ? so looking at what you said, 6 tries on 1 phone would use only 4 credits not 12 ! you must be using an old version mate, and if thats the case then its your fault ! as for the bug,ifs not really a bug, when using the DCU-60 lead this is just how it works ! always wait aprox 10 seconds before unpluging the lead. either way, your fault or sekings........... never any credits back mate, thats just how they are. cheers, lolly_pop |

Member: 581271 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | im using the newest stable one english version. And u said "as for the bug,ifs not really a bug, when using the DCU-60 lead this is just how it works ! always wait aprox 10 seconds before unpluging the lead.". NO THATS NOT MY PROBLEM, ITS SEKINGS!!! why tell me to unplugg the phone when it justs stop the unlocking and loose credits?!?!?? Ive got something else u sekingpeople may wana confront. You are all theifs, why shouldn't you take credits AFTER FINISH UNLOCKING? Why before even started unlocking??????? You make a buggy program and people loose credits. When you try to explain the problem you only say "here to buy more credits, you need 20 new, we do not compensate lost credits". How fun is that? Hey seking, you like to play with people? now it's our turn.. |

Member: 181633 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 730 | Is TRUE what lolly_pop says, in my case unlocking with DCU-60 CID 49/50/51 I never have to unplug cable (Seking ask for unplug but I let it plugged and after 2 seconds SeKing detects the phone and continues the process). And for CID52 Seking ask 3 times to unplug the cable and I actually only have to unplug one (1) time. |

Unlockers ARE thieves, that's why they are in this business in the first place, you can steel without beeing caught and you laugh yourself silly at all those crying peeps, wanting their logs back, while you're counting your money and preparing your next move. Now my proposition to counter act these ****ers is to try and prepare a freely available vkp patch as soon as possible that way the unlockers will be put out of business and get what they deserve. In some counties locking gsm's is illegal precisely for before stated reasons.... something to think about.. |

Member: 323137 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 235 | it's clearly the software that is the problem. they allways tel you to do what the soft ask you to do so it's sekings fault. seking if you have this problems with you software and dont pay back credits you will loose alot of custumers becuse it's cheaper in the end to buy boxes if people going to loose credits becuse of some thing in your software. maybe they buy a box or worse maybe they use cruiser d-client. you dont have so many customer like cruiser and setool have you need to take care off your customer. dont make the customer go to some one else. fix your software and make guides with picture and text it's easyer to understand dont need to press paus button every time and rewind. and if only service cable need to be disconnected when the software tel that and not dcu-60 make it clear for every one that it works like that. |
