Password less than 8 character? - GSM-Forum

I am changing my password to an alphanumeric password but I keep on getting this popup box saying 'passwd is less than 8 characters'. I know i put 8 characters so why i keep getting this message?

Need to solve thanks.

your new password must cosist of numeric and alphabetical,and must have no series,for exaple :***456**,***bcd**,***aaa**,are usless password,regards

Sorry to resurect and old thread but I am having the same problem

I have even tried to copy and paste the example passwordin the instructions from totalgsm which is kingdom0

can anyone help

the w995 is a birthday present for my son
