Please, whtas wrong with my ID and PASS???


I ordered some credits trough my reseller, and OK, I got them, I did receive my ID and Pass, at first time, i did change my PASS, and I did my a phone with that (Z750), everything fine.

But since yesterday, I want to use again server, and no way, it always says me wrong ID or PASS, and I,m sure its not wrong กกกก.

Please , please can you check my account, and reset ID and PASS ?????
I still have 90 credits left in there, and I NEED TO DO SOME PHONES, please.

I would be very gratefull if you can check it.

Dont understand.
You say, I should contact my reseller.Ok
My reseller says, he has contacted you, and you will reset PASS at aprox. 19.00 GMT+1.

How would I know then, my new password ?????

Something here is very.......weak.

Phones to do, losing time, losing money, losing clients, since yesterday, AND ALL FOR A BAD PASSWORD..........NO GOOD AT ALL.

After 2 days, finally I got it to work.

Never thought, it was to difficult reseting just a password.
