Iam trying to unlock v640i,w910i ,iam getting this message: Protocol version:0401 whats that mean, what is he prob. thanks (seking unlocker) help plz.

Hi ! I have the same problem with w760
Baseband ID : C900
Protocol version : 0401

I tried press only 2 or only 5, but the phone not connecting it only pressing ( 2+5 ). ........protocol version 0401

or you can refresh it ,then redo,see what happen,i think can't be refreshed also.

I tried many times with 2, 5, and restart pc, and fixed finally with pressed 5.
