Question Why waste credits every time in unlock stage?


Hello sekingteam

I want to know why you charge a credit every time we make "Unlock" stage to a same phone, that causes problems of lost credits when unlock is not done properly.

Why not to charge just one credit the first time that "Unlock" is done, just like in "Erase locks" that charges 8 credits only the first time?

bull sh1t, you are specialized on cheating credits when something goes wrong with your (as I always have said): buggy softwares, you steal the credit because you WANT to, if server uses resources it is non of our business it is your business, you MUST charge the credit when your resources are used properly and do teh work as it should be done, your resources are yours not ours and you shouild not rob our credits when your servers use resources for nothing.

dont come here crying to your customers about resources, because we dont have where to go crying when you rob our credits, remember 5 credits means 10 USD aprox, I dont remember how much money I have lost with your buggy softwares, and I use all your bullsh1t since the begining, since the first versions...

I send the logs to sekingteam of failed unlock operations with lost credits and never received an answer.

Also I have 67 logs of old seking software that works for nothing, that is a lot of money lost with your software, so I won't risk my money anymore with seking "solution".

this is old news, this happens constantly, lose , lose, lose, they earn, earn, earn...
also, they have the worst support on the GSM market

I am sure your handsit can't be unlocked with any other se tools or credits,if unlock process is free,everyone can try to unlock their invalid phone through and through , just like you,then other customers can do nothing .so we unlock process need 1 credit

And our unlock process work in eight strages,server won't deduct credits until the last stage finish,vever waster your credits except your phone is invalid.

I'm not saying to do it free, I'm saying that you could charge just ONE credit, just like in "Erase locks" stage. If the first time the unlock fails, then the others are free if the IMEI is the same.

I have unlocked many phones with Seking and when his problem appears, the only solution is to do the Unlock again, sometimes even 3 times and then the phone is unlocked.

I dont know what the heck you are talking about, why do

you try to confuses your customers ?
Did you know that if tomorrow they launch another online

solution like your you will lose over 50% of your

customers? and that will be only because of you lack of

ethic and bad support plus abuse...

For example, this logs is for the second phone that I

have to Check UNLOCK twice to get the phone unlocked,

this means I had to pay unlock opreration twice for the same phone.

after unlock the first time, phone remains with five locks closed, when I use the operation teh second time, the phonen unlocks...

there is still one phone which I have been unable to unlock, and I had forgot already how many times I have tried to unlock this piece.

You guys should reconsider take customers the credits only when they succed and not when your buggy server/softwares fails... you must ASSUME your responsibility

NOw, it TOOK another damn credit and it's now and only now when the phone has been really unlocked, same phone, same day, same servers, same IMEI number, same user name and password, same computer, same internet connection IP Address, same DCU Cable, so, WHat is going on here? it is not a customer fault, it is your FAULT and you dont want to assume it or accept it.

You live from the money of your customers, so, you are not better than us also, you cant use our money as you please and which because it is our money, not yours.

Customers pays to us when the phone is unlocked, they dont care how many times we have to pay credits for the same phone or how many times we have to try they PAY ONCE after phone is UNLOCKED.
