Problem whit BB5_v040.exe


When I conect phone to box and if I try to do any thing like to read phone info or unlock i got this error

BB5_v040.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvence.

Any ideas whats wrong?

no i just delete all sowftware and all drivers and try to instal again

I too have same Problem with BB5_v040.exe

1. Reinstall both smartcard and FTDI drivers (usualy NS-Pro is creating a lot of problems with their stupid "lock" to specific FTDI driver)
2. Go to GUI, Microscope Settings and select any input device (even if you not use microscope, maybe you have an WEB camera or any other video input device installed on your system).
3. If still not work, some problem on your PC (Windows and/or Antivirus software). Try on another PC, and report here what Windows version you use (including if it is localized to some specific language) and what Antivirus software you use.
