About 7390 Unlocking

I try to unlock 7390.... but no result !! I tried it on 3 phones but it's same. I'm sure that testpoints are corect and good connecting. The box sais that testpoints are ok, try to unlock it, but CAN'T !!! WHY ?????

Has anybody unlock this phone or not ?

On our test phone is working well.
Post a log.
Post full details about Flash Chip from phone.
With posts like "I can't ....", "Not working anything .." we cannot help you more ...

we not say "I can't..." and we not say "not working anything...". So I think these words were addressed not to our topic
Since I gave the phone back to customer I can't check what type of flash it was. But maybe you could tell us which type of flash was in your test phone?

Tried without power and with powered from external supply box. It shows me TP picture but no ability to connect testpoint. Always get same error:

disabled "test connection with phone" and now after making testpoint get this. BTW same was happening with the first 7390 just older BB5box sw has no option "test connection with phone". Here is log:

the same problem with me i can't unlock 7390......it connects only on lower version of bb5box in newer version it can't...why bb5box team....??????

version is not problem. You can always downgrade. Problem is that even v3.84 it can't unlock

Just plug in the ACP-12 into the box, or give the box external power.

I think there are not all flash supported by this box. I killed one 7390 after many tries to unlock it. I always got these errors 08, 55, 07, 02.
