He will change your box if it is in warranty period of 6 months. Or he will charge you only for hardware + delivery and you can have a new box. Member: 673993 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Try removing ALL BOXES from your computer, Restart the computer, then only plug BB5Box in. If it does not respond after driver update, Contact reseller for warranty. Only Solution. |
