I think is antivirus problem , i have kaspersky antivirus and i have same problem, but with avast no .

it takes to how many attempts to connect.....waaaa.....its not in the cables is in the software conflict....
i uninstall my jaf p-key software and p-key drivers its more ok now!!! its hard to connect to the smartcard system...
two or three attempts to connect....

Well tonight i discover vygis thunderstorm ust ect dont work got to clean this bb5 bollocks off main machine .
This is so unecesary driver conflict like this bb5 box needs to on clean machine BULL SH I T

while install bb5 usb drivers 'don't overwrite' the ones already set up in Your PC, box works fine for ppl was facing connection problems

The problem has nothing to do with cable. It is cause by driver conflicts. when using BB5BOX unplug all other unlocking equipment and everthing should be fine. Good luck.

cannot connect to BB5 box FBUS subsystem

hy all.
i have this error when i try to start the program.i have try to uninstal/install all drivers,i have remove all my box and problem the same i have change pc and usb cable.i have light 2 x red, 1 x yellow,1 x blue, 1 x green when usb is inserted,is this ok?
can anybody tellme what is the problem?
