FBUS Lights? Cannot connect any phones! - GSM-Forum

Hi, I recently purchased this box as an upgrade to uid, but I have not managed to use it yet as i cannot get any phones to connect. I have installed on several computers but still get the 'ERROR: Cannot detect phone on FBUS interface'.

I have the latest firmware/ software and have checked the cable which seems fine, i cannot read any phone either through mini usb or pop port connector. I notice that i have no fbus leds lit at all - is this normal?

I recieved 2 cables with this box, one with pop port/mini usb etc and the other with just 2 testpoint needles and tweezer connector - what is this cable used for, and how do you establish fbus connection when using this cable?

I'm sorry if these questions seem silly or if they have been answered already, but i have searched and found no solution to this problem and i have a stack of phones which need unlocking!

Hey bro if there´s no light´s at all, i think you have a faulty box!!!
in standby mode your box must show two red light´s,one blue and another green!
that is if you have install your box the correct way.

Hi, thanks for reply. I have 2 red lights for pwr, none for fbus, one lit for sc, and one lit for usb

when you open the software does the blue light blink´s or not?
Have you read manual?
You must power on the phone so it can enter in test mode before press info button.
What model´s have you tryed?
