BB5 Box - "Cannot connect to activation server" - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I tried on two different computers, each one with different internet connection without antivirus software installed nor firewalls to activate my new BB5 Box. I got an error message:

Read BB5 Box serial number ...
Authenticate with support server ...
Cannot connect to activation server
Please check your internet connection

I'm using BB5box software version 0.0.4.2 .

Please help.

My reseller ipmart.com asked me to post here because they are trying to connect the BB5 Box Team without success. They try to connect since 21-07-2009 till now.

The problem is that I bought from Ipmart.com a BB5 Box and the box fails to activate.

PLEASE HELP !

wanna unlock bb5 phone using tp?hihihi

no tp solution now exist...

search for it...

Do you mean BB5 King?

I think that BB5 King won't work if my BB5Box does not activated.

Am i right?

My BB5 box also replys with this problem. I contacted reseller that is logged on box and they deny that they provide support.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
