1. What exactly problem you have?
2. Try also www.bb5box.hk because some internet providers (e.g. China, some Arab countries) filter/block acces to domain bb5box.com

thanks that is working. i will now test box with this computer it is my first phone so it could be me but on other computer i can read phone do backup but when i press unlock screen is just blank.
