6300 strange problem while unlocking with BB5 box

i ulocked 1 6300 soft ver. 4.70_24-01-07..
unlocking was successfull.
But after switching on the phone, there was no network. No network coverage. It happened to some other handsets before as well. I used to backup PM 308 for this kind of problem. And it used to work.
But in this phone when i backup the PM 308, the phone gets locked again.
the network problem is fixed but phone is locked again.

I tried so many times but same result.
No network coverage after unlock and phone LOCKED again after PM Backup.

What is this??

1. Unlocking have nothing to do with network coverage, if you disassemble/assemble phone in right. Usualy this problem could come from wrong assembly of phone or other damages when disassembling phone. Keep in mind, phones PCB are fragile, pushing mechanical forces under this could damage PCB, solderings, ...

2. To avoid "LOCKED again after PM Backup" you should read PM 308 when phone is unlocked BEFORE write PM 308 from locked state.

I. So is it "If we write the PM 308 of the closed state handset to an just unlocked handset, it becomes locked again."

II. But I have backed up so many handsets with the closed state PM to a just unlocked handset to fix this kind of problem.

Can you explain the chemistry behind this??

I. Yes it is .!!!

II. The lock status is in PM 308 on field 1. So you can do backup of this field b4 and after unlock procedure . Just spend some time to play reading/writing of this values to the phone and will see what hapens ...

After unlock try to do Factory Def and wait some time until phone find network ...
