For your side you are crapping but for our side we are crying. so somebody said is quite clear, why need modification? before introduce new tool you have to make sure fully tested for all model, I think BB5 Box owner didn't test his /her TP adapter. The set attached with the box according their explaination on their forum that do not modify the tp, so how they prove that this is working without problem. after usege and most of people complain about the tool. they told us that the supplied cable is not good quality this is chinese low quality. so mean even the box is not a good quality since include less quality of chinese product.

all u need to do is get a pin and poke in it the test point have it sticking out the board, just connect the clk to it and the data goes on the testpoint fine, ill upload a pic later to show u what i mean..

There are problems with cables , but what are u workin ??? u are a school teacher ?? an farmer ??? or a tehnician in electronics , so sorry to say , but if u don't know about electronics , mabe is better to make other thinks , and about people that unlock 1000 or bilion phones , and don't kill one yes they realy are profesional tehnician and this i thei'r work .

think bb5box have to optimise box and soft, and manage to sell it with thin needle cable or share pic of how to manage difficule TP
people high skilled have share there idea and give solutions for less than them (if they want)

Your a real twat you know..

You obviously cannot see the BIG difference between proper support complaints and box malfunction complaints.

I have a box that can unlock alot of different nokia's...If the team promise that they will release something and dont i am offcourse gonna complain but even though i think that NEW models support are a bit slow that does not change the fact that the models it DOES do is unlocked fairly easy and that the box dont kill phones.

It is just like guns..

BB5 box dont kill BB5 phones ... People kill BB5 phones.

Even i have trouble sometimes...Today i did a 6288 spansion and it would not unlock .... But after a bit of reading and an extra gnd clip soldered to the cable everything worked out fine ...

Noone can release anything that NEVER will need modification....The only difference is that some people sit around moaning about these mod's because they dont know which end of a soldering iron is the hot end and other people "just do it"...

So basically what you all want is :

A box that can unlock the phones almost before they enter the market but also a box that has undergone extensive testing for an extended period of time and with all possible configurations of flash chip, other hardware and firmware revisions ... AND you want it to be cheap.

There is an old saying :

Good - Fast - Cheap

Pick Any Two

The BB5 box was cheap when it was released so now you only need to tell me if you prefer to have it fast or good....Cant have it both ways...

Even Nokia ships their phones with software filled with bugs and a standard nokia usually needs 3-6 months and 2-3 software updates before the bugs have been removed..

but when you call people (DOG) bigginers and yourself profesional with skill...modesty is not ur behaviour i think
As others whome said bb5 unlock is for men not for kids....
U just have to advice, give idea or share ur experience think like that will help each other..

@ The Dog,

I will try to get you microscope mate, and as for connecting testpoint we solder thin wire onto pin 8mm up from tip and insert this into tp under chip. For wire it is best to use silver wire because it is stronger (try looking inside old samsung ps2 adaptor cables for very thin wire) and also a nice tool is made from bluetooth aerial from SE K750 because it is nice and thin and by cutting off a single leg you can easy solder to pin and insert under chip without damaging other area's.

When you get microscope, look in and mark/scratch a line above lower tp on the chip so you do not have to count 10 across and then when you start software you can put 1st needle onto top tp and look for scratch and know instantly where to insert wire!

It just needs a little thought and initiative mate and all will be good for you I am sure! If you have these dead phones, please send to me because I maybe able to get them working again for you.
