I think if have problem unlocking might be a phone problem.

We now have a choice if upgrade dont work on your system down grade firmware with new soft ............well done bb5box.org

ppl are not crying, you should do the same if you were in their situation. There are problems with some boxes with some updates. I have these problems too, but i have also jaf bb5 so i can use that in case bb5 box dont work.. but not everybody has both boxes. pls think before you write something.

btw. support of bb5 is not bad, bb5 unlocking still very new so just have patience and all will be ok soon.
