Lightbulb Phones with user security code won’t connect to bb5box in “test mode”


One 5200b and a 6300b came with user security code active and didn’t connect to bb5box in “test mode”, once I made full factory restore to the 5200b (using ufs) it connected to the bb5box and made the unlock). So my question is: Is any way the bb5box read these phones even if they have user code?

Can you give more details, and what means "didn't connect". Phone is not even detected when you try to read info? What you have on display when try to power phone?

Yes, the phone was not even detected when I tried to read info.

And do you have anything on display? It was only Nokia, or Local or Test Mode, or start power normaly?

same problem,i tried 6300 with security code it didnt connect in bb5box,it just show testmode

Same Problem Here With Nokia 5300 Only Shown "Test Mode" On Phone,s Display And Not Connect .. Phone Had User Lock..I Remove User Lock & Then Unlocked ....
I think We need to Disable User Lock First then Unlock with tP...

@bb5team,give us explanation why we cant connect phone in bb5box if phone have user code?
