hi
i have e65 i want unlock with bb5 box , i conect the phone in the test poin pin 7 , after read pm , aftere unlock .... pls conect test poin ...i conect the testpoin ...... this message apried .... conection is lost .....
after i want powere my phone but is dead ...i reflash my phone but he dont powere ..pls how soled my probleme

conection is lost or Error
it mean you connect the tp with wrong ball
and thus you short the IC cheep
so it can be done by hardware

Just reflow the sandwich processor...for me it was working or try to reflow all the processor around in case is not glued
