its my 1st phone that cant be unlock wiz bb5box...
any 1 can help me to solve this.........

phone version was v 5.10 (not support)
i upgrade to 5.51.

i try many time, change grnd, smtime got response bytes 55, but no unlock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ur all counters is full u cannot rest counter in bb5box use other box for reset

try change connection of clk and data...some cables come with reversed colors...that if u r not sure where is data and clk
if u already used this cable and unlocked before other phone than change gnd place
try to connect data and gnd...press unlock and when asked to connect test point connect clk

Just move the GND on the opposite side than shown on the TP picture.

I failed to unlock 5300b 10 times with the GND shown on the picture, but after moving it to the opposite side it unlocked immediately.

why i can see this version supported on ur page, but i need to upgrade

this is very simple my friend ,i have the same problem before but was solved.this is the solution, on the GUI option, change it from windows to orange and the phone will unlock on first atempt. Good Luck

think that sometimes we have to upgrade/downgrade to rebuild sp area, so unlock procedure goes better.
it s not becoz ver not supported but becoz of sp area hav to be rebuilt.
