I'd tried to downgrade the version 5.50 to version 4.70 and try to unlock....

So...You have successfully unlocked version 4.70. Surely the credits should go to whichever software you used to downgrade the handset?

Whenever I try and downgrade from V5.5 using Universal Box I get an error at the last part of flashing and have to reflash to V5.5

When will BB5 Box support V5.5 as all my Nokia 6300 are coming in with this version now....

Yeah BB5Box Team should update list of supported models with new versions, I don't have time o downgrade
