What happend with bb5 phones from Telcel

I have tryed many times to unlock phones from Telcel Mexico, but i can't unlock any phone, always the same unlock failed please try again. I have donwngrade or upgrade the phones but always is the same answear, unlock fail, there is any way to unlock those phones, because i have tryed 5200, 5300, 6131, 6086, etc. etc. Please i need an answear from the support team. And talking about the 0.28 upgrade is too buggy, please realise 0.29 or fix the new 0.28. Support team wake up.

I think they already said that unlocking from this operator is impossible - because entire unlock feature is disabled on the phone - even unlock with code.

i try bb5 raskal fail to unlock any idea mates

I think it's the same problem that GT has, they can't unlock phones with long configuration keys. The limit it's 5 or 6 digits. In my opinion that's the problem

No, i've unlocked many phones with 16 digit configuration keys (yes 16 digits - mnc+mcc+many random numbers). I think there's something special with Telcel phones.

the only way to unlock this phones is via keypad, cause telcel request nokia unable all code enter by cable
