chinese cocktail not formating - GSM-Forum

everytime i try to format any phone nothing happens. when i try to close the program it say application busy do you want to exit. i have to format alkl this phones i had some other programs. please fix this bug.

Check your box and soft first. It is working. Also check support docs maybe you makes something wrong.
