we have been waiting for more than a year for updates on all your products but nothing has come. We as your customer have every to know if there ever will be any updates as we bought that equipment on the bases that you wil provide them as you once did.

wow. After waiting for such a long time, nothing has come to being. I guess they have a christmas present for us.
