back ack? You mean bad code? If yes, then flash your phone first with Generic firmware, and try again

are you using JAF for unlock or try via usb?

no mate i,m using usb cable i haven't got jaf .what kind of usb cable i need its the one comes includ in box with phone or special one for unlocking? thanks for any help

You can't unlock via usb cable, the only way to unlock via Dejan solution is using JAF as Fbus interface, so you need to find one or to ask for somebody who have it.

but i,m been told by the guy from gsm expert i can unlock nokia 5800 by dkbb5 trk unlocker? he is wrong then? thanks

can someone confirm usb cable trk unlock for 5800xpress music as i ahve read yes it will unlock it, and i have read i need fbus cable. can it be stated what cable is required. thanks

it will need FBUS cable and i think it the BB5+ Not TRK unlock.

Hi!
Im having troubles for unlock an N78.

first I need to manually power on the phone, so its starts in local mode.
I press SP Unlock,
it starts working.. software screen shows
"wait"

then the phone goes off, and I get an error message "Boot Phone Error"

Even if I try to power on manually, I cant do it fast enough, so it always shows "Boot Phone Error"

Help Please!!!

Hi,

I see that the last post is from 2009, well i hope someone would still respond to my post.

I'm having problems unlocking my 6120c.

First thing i did was trying some online unlock generators, which obviously didn't work. The phone gave a message something like "Operation not allowed".

Than i stumbled upon this thread and downloaded the bb5 pack. I carefully read the instructions, but i'm still having problems understanding the dongle installation. (I have no idea what a dongle is...sorry I'm not native.) So i simply skipped the first part, based on a youtube video, in which the operator simply ran the bb5 unlocker, got the card error message and successfully unlocked the phone.

I've installed both versions of the s60_3_1_app_trk programs, both work actually.
Latest version of the Nokia PC suite is installed as well.
After several pluggings in and out of the phone, the unlocker application finds the phone and successfully reads it.
I start the TRK on my phone and connect properly, than i click on the unlock button. The phone installs a new program called Hello World on my phone, and i follow the instruction and click the Hello option.
The BB5 application says waiting and gives my an error message saying bad answer from the phone.
After that i never get to this error message again, but a new is apperaing all the time saying "Bad ACK...", "Card has been removed", "Unknown unlock error".

I really need to get this thing going, does anyone have a tip what i may be doing wrong?

just use jaf. or twister with HWK
