N96 error


N96 error unlock via JAF TRK gives the following error

Unable to Run 2nd loader,Incorrect 2ND Loader?!

Yes i used FBUS cable only and phone is in local mode too

it may be in boot mode....but once try to open the Jaf EXE and try to check the CHK option...

if it gives good response in CHK and INF in JAF then you can carry on...with this exe immediately .

the above suggestion is good too.
run JAF and do inf and chk, then once response, you can see the blue light on,
one sign the connection is good, then run immediately the jaf bb5 unlock and do the normal procedures.

I tried fbus cable and universal cable too.In both cables info reads fine chk gives the same error.In Universal cable i changed the value also 3.1k,5.1k,7.5k & 10k always same chk error

I have same problem like this user, error : Unable to run 2nd loader, incorrect 2ND loader, if i do check option with jaf give the same error , but if i chek with UFS is ok. Is cable problem ? Where is possible find cable pinout ?

You have not properly installed files for Rapido unlocker.
Download and install again full application .
All files must be copyed / installed in c:/bb5unlocker.

I have reinstaled but have same problem, i am using a combo cable 8/10 pin from GPG , if i use CHK option with jaf software give-me error, is possible post cable schematic ? The resistor inside my cable is 10K.

Alot of people are getting the same errors with N96 ... maybe we all bought our cables from ipmart?
I get phone boot error and the CHK option is not working with jaf... I am able to switch easily between local mode and test mode with JAF using the same cable... so my guess is that the unlocker needs to ALLOW more time for the phone to get into local mode after reading the PM and before giving the phone boot error!
