any idea for this error?

You need to try many times....

And check the cable please Open jaf sw and do full backup if all ok done try to unlcok with rapido

phone in local mode and success to backup 308 and rpl wth jaf.

i have try unlock e63 many time..but show same error (same with above pic).

what is error mean?

You have not this file in folder c:/bb5unlocker/
Download and run instalation again
