5200b can't be unlocked like 5200 - GSM-Forum

Hi!

After many attempls without success, I would like ask the help from support... The phone is originally RM-181 v5.0. So first of all I made I downgrade to RM-174 v3.92 and didn't work. Then I flashed to 5.0 and didn't work too... I think the problem is that MCU isn't being changing during flash procedure. Even using selecting 'use ini file' and choosing RM-174 after flashing the MCU showed is RM-181...

How can I flash it to really change to RM-174??

Use manual flash option then use ini then choose from list the 5200b

I have a problem, I unlocked a NK 5200b, with version V3.92, now when I press power, phone on then off. I reflashed, and still same problem, Phone come on, I flashed to 3.92, unlocked.

You have nothing to loose upgrade phone to V5.0 after flash do INF if version not correct reset phone using JAF Factory reset full.

I want to unlock 5200b Mexico ver 3.92.
i can not unlock with MT box but i do have UFS3 with HWK. can any one help me to unlock this handset please?

No, this .ini file was made only to work in jaf plus or v-spec box...
Ufs3 cannot unlock this phone....
But i think u can unlock it with mt pro w/o modification in .ini file...just click in unlock and proceed tp propely when mt asks....
