What this error mean? and how to solve this problem?

For jaf team error 08 means= Bad tp conected
For me error 08 means= bad hardware inside v-spec box
If u sure ur tp is good change to another box team and phone will be unlocked in first try.....:D

TP is good, because i unlocked some phones!!!
