hi,

sir please help me activate my pkey and update pkey cannot connect

please contact urs reseller for activation . as we say here we will not accept any requset for activation so please tell urs reseller to do so and after urs reseller told u to update thanb update urs pkey

sir,im sorry but i need to update my pkey to use my v-spec but always got this error:

i have checked with my isp provider my connection is fine, i have been trying to update since this morning until this posting but no success and i have phones waiting to be unlock please tell me what should i do to get my pkey updated

sir my reseller has confirmed to me that my pkey have been activated, i am sorry for my activation post

I too had this problem just today. I noticed that the web ping for pkey.6-sec.com was really low(so it could be server problems), but then keeped trying to update until after 25 tries it worked!

as u can see the attachments i just update a pkey right now

so please check it with another internet provider or disable any spyware or virus program and check

and also check in another pc also

@Javajohn: what about new other pkey update the first time? I sell JAF + Pkey and need updating for new our customer to use as normal JAF and not for JAF BB5 unlock.
I always get error when update nonactived P-key today even my own actived pkey.
Pls help

what error u face?

or may be urs pkeys are old or non activated as u can see i dint face any problem in updating so it means server and all things is ok
